Mangawhai - Northland

The Mangawhai Artist Association members have surpassed themselves this year with 47 artists participating. The art works displayed are very exciting in their originality and the diverse range of media used. Oils, acrylics, water colours, and photography. Then there is glass, pottery, Oamaru stone, wood, flax, silk, and jewellery. All these art media used by the artists to create inspired and distinctive art.

This free event is really worth visiting, spending a day or the whole weekend in Magical Mangawhai. A map of where all the venues are located can be picked at the Mangawhai Information Centre or the new Museum or anywhere the distinctive pink flags are displayed.
