Great night out
While on Waiheke decided to go to Mudbrick Restaurant for three reasons: 1. I'd heard so much about it recently from friends, coworkers and in the press; 2. It was near our accommodation and 3. It had been about 8 years since I was last there and I had fond memories of wine tasting and lunch.

We arrived at about 8pm to a dining room full of happy people - seriously all smiling, laughing and enjoying their food (maybe they'd been there a while but still it was a nice welcome). The decor was impressive, with amazing views across the harbour to Auckland City.

The food was gorgeous, the wine was divine, and the service impressive. Nice open fire to sit and relax in front of afterwards too. All-in-all a great evening.

Stunning views, setting,... Stunning views, setting, food and service! Every detail was also amazing for our wedding last year, and we look forward to celebrating there for many happy meals to come!
