The best of the Macs Bars
I have been venturing to Neighbourhood in Kingsland for while now so thought it might be worth while writing a review.
They have done a fantastic job in fitting this bar out and the massive window over looking Eden Park really adds to the flavour of the place. It’s exceedingly comfortable with some of the best little chairs to sit in and drink away the afternoon.
You also get a nice cross section of people coming along which mixed in with the indoor/outdoor vibe makes for a really nice atmosphere.
My only complaint is about the menu. It’s overpriced and lacks any real winning snacks but hey you go here to have beers and chat with friends not really to eat.

Good times in the hood
My 3 female friends and I decided to head to our local bar Neighbourhood for a few drinks before heading into town.

It was packed and the staff were kept extremely busy. Strangely full of men in the low 20s age bracket, but it is a Brewbar after all... and there had been an Allblacks game earlier that night. A few wine's and a tequila shot later, we were having such a fun night that come 11pm we found ourselves holding a dance-off with other keen drinkers. Ah yes, good times.
