A nice surprise
We went to the 8pm session on Saturday night and I was pleasantly surprised by the high standard of the comedians. There were 4 comedians and an MC who equally as funny. We did need to ring ahead for our tickets which was lucky because it was sold out when we arrived. The drinks were reasonably priced though I'd stick to beer and wine as the cocktails werent that fantastic. The interior could do with a bit of a tidy up but on on the whole it was a great night.

Big Wednesday
A bunch of us headed into town to check out the 'Big Wednesday night' at the Comedy Club on Queen Street. I was looking forward to a bit of rib-tickling fun and wasn't disappointed. Granted it was 'new material night' so some jokes went down like a lead balloon, but I reckon seeing 8 comedians across 2.5 hours was great for something different to do mid-week. Good stuff.
