Flight of the Conchords Return to Auckland

It's Business Time! World famous Kiwi comedy duo Flight of the Conchords will play one show only at the Auckland Town Hall on the 16th of June 2012.
The Conchords, Bret McKenzie and Jermaine Clement, are returning to New Zealand for a winter tour, their first in several years.
They have taken the world by storm and built up a cult following in many countries with their unique brand of comedy, which is part folk music and part parody. The Conchords music and comedy formed the basis of a BBC radio show called "The Flight of the Conchords" in 2005 and two American television series on HBO, in 2007 and 2009. They have also won a number of awards at international comedy festivals over the years.
It is not known at this stage whether McKenzie and Clement will perform new or old material or a greatest hits set. Fans will be in for treat if McKenzie performs the Oscar-winning song "Man or Muppet" ,which he penned for the 2011 film "The Muppets".
Flight of the Conchords have an enthusiastic and loyal fanbase in Auckland and tickets sold out very quickly when they were put on sale on the 23rd of March.
Rest assured Guide to Auckland will let you know if there is to be a second Flight of the Conchords show. One thing is certain though, if there is, you will need to be quick!
